Event Frequently Asked Questions:
What will happen with
donations contributed at the 100 Wheels Benefit Show?:
All proceeds from the 100 Wheels
Benefit Show will go to fund the organization's purchase of 25 wheelchairs for
disabled American veterans. The Southeastern Chapter of the Paralyzed Veterans
of America will receive the chairs obtained from donations for first benefit
show. Every penny of every donation goes toward wheelchairs. We are a "zero-cost" organization, staffed entirely by volunteers.
How much are tickets to the 100 Wheels
Benefit Show?:
There is no actual price printed on
the show tickets, because we are asking people to make a donation to the 100
Wheels organization as their admission "price" to the show. Any amount donated
will gain admission to the show, though the suggested donation is $5 - $10 per
person as a suggested average donation. Physical tickets are not required for
admission to the event, but they can be printed from the website:
http://www.100wheels.org.
What time are the performances?:
There will be a constant flow of
entertainment on either of two stages, from 1 PM until midnight. The
website will post approximate start times for the musical acts once all
confirmations have been obtained from the performers. Please check the websites,
social media site postings, etc. for each individual act for start times, as well.
Is this an all-ages event or adults
only?:
The venue and the show are
“family-friendly” - it is an all-ages event. Paddy's is smoke-free on
the inside, though there is smoking allowed outside on the covered porch area.
Media - Will there be pictures, video, and press at the event?:
There will be professional photographers,
videographers, and members of the press working at the 100 Wheels performance.
Parking - Where do I park for the event?:
Parking at Paddy's is readily available on the premises. Please plan to arrive early for
the event, if you need to park close.
Can I donate even if not attending the
event?
Absolutely. The 100 Wheels website has a link to a secure payment option, via PayPal, and it accepts PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. Alsoe, there is a link to a CDBaby portal, where you can purchase a copy of the song "100 Wheels." All purchase proceeds will go to the 100 Wheels organization.
Are there plans for other
100 Wheels Events?
Absolutely. Please check back with the
100 Wheels website. We intend for our organization to grow, and we fully expect
further benefit shows, possibly in other locations.
